Have you got good attention to detail? Do you have a solid communication skills with the ability to establish relationships? Look no further, as a new, exciting opportunity has arisen to join the rapidly expanding Riverside Direct as a Business Support Administrator!

Riverside Direct are part of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Riverside Group who provide services to 11,500 homes across the South and Central regions of England.

We are looking for someone that will bring a great energy and motivation into our admin team, a selfstarter that wants to learn and progress being part of a fastgrowing UK wide organisation! Does this sounds like you?

This varied role will offer the First steps into having a working knowledge of the operational services. The role will be scheduled by the line manager and the training provider. As an apprentice, you will always be working under supervision. The line manager in conjunction with the apprentice mentor will prioritise time allowed for the training to be completed on a daytoday basis.



**We are looking for:**

Courteous, polite, punctual, smart appearance, helpful with the ability to absorb information and use this effectively. Have the ability to communicate effectively and share information with colleagues and customers, whilst understanding the principles of good customer service. Good written and verbal communications, Able to understand and follow instructions.



**Requirements:**

Achieve 2 or more GCSE level 9 4 or equivalent

English and Maths

No previous work experience necessary





**The scheme will involve**

- To listen, observe and participate in a range of tasks which will enable you gain new skills and knowledge that contribute to the successful achievement of an industry recognised qualification.
- To maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality and personal appearance both in the workplace and at college, to ensure that all relevant work tasks and qualifications are achieved on time as instructed by your line manager and college. Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions to ensure up to date business and job knowledge, communication, skills & progression are maintained.
- Under the guidance of your mentor, work to given specification to ensure the efficient management of workload within the function, providing maximum support to the team and contribute to achieve clear and specific outcomes.
