Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for driving performance in a fast-paced operational environment? This role suits a hands-on, commercially minded Production Manager who thrives on continuous improvement and enjoys taking ownership of people, processes, and performance within a busy production or manufacturing setting.
Monday to Friday rotating shifts, 42.5 hours per week, alternating weekly between early and late starts.

As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the senior operational decision-maker while on shift
- Taking full ownership for performance across output, cost control, and margin delivery from day one
- Delivering planned vehicle throughput and parts recovery targets
- Managing workflow constraints, backlog and takt time adherence in real time
- Controlling labour efficiency, utilisation levels and overtime spend
- Protecting contribution margin through disciplined operational execution
- Ensuring safety standards are upheld and responding promptly to on-shift risk
- Driving structured continuous improvement and embedding lean principles across teams
As a Production Manager, your experience will include:
- Proven experience managing production or operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams
- Experience working to KPIs, performance metrics, and operational targets
- A proactive, hands-on management style with strong problem-solving ability
- Confidence operating in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
