Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HV embedded systems integration on commercial EV platforms
Define and run validation and calibration strategies
Manage project milestones, KPIs, and change-control workflows
Troubleshoot production issues with robust, practical solutions
Utilise CAN/J1939/LIN, Vector tools, HIL testing, and V-cycle development
Mentor junior engineers and influence across multi-disciplinary teamsExperience:

Highly experienced in HV automotive systems (battery, BMS, charging)
Skilled in delivering ECU/electronics projects (hardware + software)
Knowledgeable in functional safety, cybersecurity, IATF standards, and Six Sigma
A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Holder of a relevant engineering degree (electrical, automotive, electronics)On Offer
