We are recruiting on behalf of an established provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 6-bed EBD children's residential home. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong track record in achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
About the Home:
6-bed home supporting children aged 8 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
Home has been operational for one year
Rated Good by Ofsted in its last inspection
Currently 2 young people in placement - both settled
Stable and experienced team of staff with strong retention
Candidate Requirements:
Must be an experienced Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
Hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
Full UK driving licence is essential
