About the Role

You’ll be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to precise specifications. This hands-on role requires strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Assemble and fabricate parts based on engineering drawings.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Grind, sand, and finish products to a high standard.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic maths skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
