The Role

Full-time Reception Class Teacher

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons that support early learning

Promote children's language, social development, and early literacy

Create a welcoming classroom environment where children feel secure and confident

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

Assess progress effectively and maintain strong communication with families

About You

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Experience teaching Reception or KS1

A calm, nurturing and creative teaching style

Strong understanding of early development and the Reception curriculum

Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Willingness to support the school's faith ethos
