SALARY: £11,865 - £18,791 (pay award pending) pro rata

25 hours per week, 45 weeks per year Ebor Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust serving children aged 2 to 16.

Park Grove Primary Academy, part of Ebor Academy Trust, has a great opportunity for a Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join their team of Teaching Assistants.
This is a chance to gain experience of working as a Teaching Assistant whilst also working towards a level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship qualification.
The qualification is delivered by experts within the Trust and involves day release every half term and weekly off the job study within working hours.
Within the role you will work under the direct instruction of teaching and senior staff, supporting access to learning for pupils whilst also providing general and specific assistance to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
The successful candidate will have a level 2 literacy and numeracy qualification (or a willingness to work towards this within the lifespan of the apprenticeship) coupled with good IT skills.
A team player who can communicate well with members of staff, children and parents, you will be reliable and dependable.
