We're working with a fast-growing distribution and logistics business who are expanding their account management team due to continued success. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to play a key role in supporting a portfolio of B2B customers.

The Role:

• Act as a key point of contact for client queries, updates, and service resolution
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
• Liaise closely with warehouse and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor and maintain internal systems and generate customer reports
• Attend occasional expos or events to support commercial visibility
• Build strong working relationships across the business and with external clients

The Person:

• Previous experience in a customer service or account management role
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling client queries and problem-solving under pressure
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficient with Excel and modern CRM systems
• Motivated to grow and take on more responsibility over time
