Salary: £31,000 - £37,000 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Abingdon
Hours: Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)


About Our Client:
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller to join our client, a well-established and reputable dealership in the Abingdon area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a combined front-of-house and workshop coordination role.


The Role:
As the Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day workshop operations and technician workload.
* Greet customers, manage bookings, and keep them informed throughout the process.
* Prepare estimates and job cards, authorising and invoicing work accurately.
* Liaise between the service, parts, and sales teams to maintain smooth communication.
* Support service team members and ensure workshop efficiency targets are achieved.


Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller within the motor trade.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Technical understanding and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident using DMS systems such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, or CDK.
* A proactive, customer-first attitude.
