Our client, an established multi-office high street practice, is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum Solicitor/Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexibly while handling a quality caseload, with supervisory element of a junior solicitor.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of work including buying and selling of commercial property and land, landlord & tenant, option agreements, conditional contracts, agricultural land, development work, leases and licences, etc. The role is to start ASAP for an initial 3 months, on a part time 3 or 4 day per week basis. The requirement is ideally on site in one of their offices in the Bristol area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse commercial property caseload.
• Work autonomously.
• Provide excellent legal advice to clients.
• Support the commercial property team effectively, including supervising a junior solicitor in the team.
• Handle matters from instruction to completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in commercial property law.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work on a standalone basis.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
