An expanding, award-winning construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor as they continue to expand their open planned office in Hampshire.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The team in Winchester are seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, and enjoys working across a range of project sectors including: arts, healthcare, residential, and more.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be in a position to grow their own QS team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or working towards
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• UK PQS/ Consultancy experience
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Driving licence and car
• Previous SQS experience within a consultancy environment
