Works Operative - Full-Time Opportunity

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours: 35 hours/week

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Works Operative to join a multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service, thrive in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and safely process orders in line with established procedures and timelines.
Load and unload vehicles using a counterbalance forklift truck.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and quality standards.
Manage stock levels of packaged finished goods with precision.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including 5S principles.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
Support broader site operations, including general upkeep and other duties.Skills & Experience:

Experience in a warehouse or similar operational environment.
Valid counterbalance forklift license (essential).
Strong initiative and communication skills.
Team-oriented with a flexible and professional approach.
Strong health and safety awareness.
