About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Multisite Operations to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across our growing portfolio. This role will oversee multiple Directors and their respective sites, ensuring consistent performance, strong partner relationships, and scalable processes that align with company goals. The Senior Director role will also serve as a key client-facing representative of the company.

What You'll Do 

As Senior Director of Multisite Operations, you will provide strategic oversight and leadership for a large, multi-site portfolio. You will guide operational teams, strengthen relationships with our business partners, and ensure Encompass continues to deliver industry-best outcomes for our clients.
 
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and managing multiple Directors, as well as overseeing the multisite business at a nationwide level.
• Developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
• Building and managing strong relationships with business partners.
• Serving as a key escalation point for conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Overseeing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting to ensure accountability across the portfolio.
• Partnering with senior leadership to align operations with long-term business goals.
• Negotiating vendor and partner agreements to optimize cost, value, and outcomes.
• Driving continuous improvement and standardization of processes across sites.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Serving as a culture carrier, fostering collaboration, innovation, and open communication across teams.
• Managing operations through platform technology, leveraging tools to address issues, ensure compliance, and drive resolutions.

Qualifications: 

• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with a proven record of managing multi-site operations.
• Strong strategic outlook with the ability to anticipate challenges and create solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build trusted partnerships internally and externally.
• Proven ability to manage and develop leaders at the Director level.
• Excellent conflict resolution, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
