Location: Sheffield

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Contract: Fixed Term until July 2026

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 4:00pm (or 4:30pm if attending team meetings)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Education Support Worker to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of young people with High Needs. Your role will focus on removing barriers to learning and promoting effective participation in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to young people with High Needs to ensure they can fully engage in learning.
• Facilitate the delivery of education programmes to small groups and individuals under the guidance of tutors/managers.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of learners at all times.
• Work in line with statutory regulations, service area policies, and best practice guidance.
