Role: Engineering Administrator

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire - office based role

Hours: Monday -Thursday 8:30am - 5pm & Friday 8:30am - 4pm

Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 per annum + performance bonus (depending on experience)

Benefits: 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays - rising to 25 days after 1 year of service, 5% pension contribution, cycle to work scheme, death in service scheme up to 3x salary, regular performance appraisals and continual formal training and development.

We are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team. You will be the engine behind the engineers - coordinating proposals, booking site visits, and keeping clients and projects running like clockwork.

* Supporting engineers on proposals and project administration

* Scheduling installations, inspections & site visits

* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams

* Handling pricing, purchase orders & CRM updates

* Keeping the wheels turning on engineering projects

Skills and Experience Required:

* You have worked in an engineering or technical environment

* Strong administration background with great communication skills

* Proactive, organised, and thrive in a team

* Have knowledge of ERP systems - would be an advantage
