About the Role: As the Drama Teacher, you will take on the responsibility of delivering engaging drama lessons, ensuring continuity of learning for all students. You will work with a dedicated team of staff in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will also have the opportunity to inspire students to develop their performance skills, creativity, and self-confidence in a dynamic and stimulating classroom setting.

  • Delivering Drama lessons to students in KS3, KS4 and KS5.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Providing feedback on student progress and supporting their development
  • Collaborating with the drama department and wider teaching team

Drama Teacher

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting (preferred)
  • Passionate about the arts and creative expression
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Able to engage and inspire students of all abilities
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
