Company: SELLICK PARTNERSHIP LIMITED - PUBLIC SECTOR
Job Type: Permanent, FullTime
Rate of pay: £30 - £50 umbrella per hour (DOE)
Duration: 6 months +
Calling all childcare lawyers! I am currently recruiting for an experienced public children's law specialist to undertake a locum role as a case manager for my client. This role will involve day to day management of public care cases, but little or no advocacy. This role is ideal for those candidates who prefer the drafting and case management as opposed to the advocacy. It is unusual for an opportunity like this to arise, as most organisations will only consider applicants who wish to conduct advocacy on their cases.
This client is able to consider applicants who have a solid track record in handling a caseload of public care matters. You may be a solicitor or a part qualified lawyer. You must have the necessary children's law experience and be able to draft all necessary case papers. This is a full time role and at present everyone is working remotely due to COVID-19. You will be provided with a phone and laptop for the duration of the assignment. My client is looking for an immediate start, so applicants must be able to commence work at short notice.
We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Kate Jasper in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
