Responsibilities:

* Manufacture right-first-time components from technical drawings

* Meet required cycle times while maintaining high standards

* Contribute to process improvements and efficient production

* Operate CNC machinery using Fanuc controls

* Work with 5-axis, vertical, and horizontal milling machines

* Collaborate with team members and other departments

* Follow health, safety, and environmental policies

Requirements:

Essential:

* Experience using Fanuc-controlled CNC machines

* Skilled in 5-axis and multi-axis milling

* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

* Strong communication skills across all levels

* Motivated to learn and develop professionally

Desirable:

* Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Lean Manufacturing

* Good general computer skills
