FLT REACH TRUCK DRIVER

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Widnes.This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.

Shifts:Rotating shift: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:00

Rates of Pay:£14.22 per hourOvertime: £18.87 – £25.16 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
• Drive and operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-use inspections and report any faults to management
• Receive goods into the warehouse and stow pallets correctly
• Check the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Unpack and store incoming goods
• Organise stock for deliveries
• Move goods around the warehouse as required
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills:
• Valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Proven experience driving and operating a Reach Truck
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent spatial awareness
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Reliability and self-motivation
• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable Experience:
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment

Training Provided:
• Full training will be provided
• You will be required to pass an assessment prior to starting
