We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to work full-time within secondary schools across Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who is passionate about supporting young people in their learning and development.

The Role:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons

Working with secondary-aged students across a range of subjects

*

Providing one-to-one and small group support where required

*

Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support

*

Contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

*

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)

*

Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based experience desirable)

*

A genuine passion for working with young people

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments

*

Good behaviour management skills

*

Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

*

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
