Intro: We are proud to be hiring a remote IT Trainer and Learning Mentor for our Ofsted grade 2 client who are training providers, and are recognised as Outstanding for Leadership and Management.
Role and Responsibilities:
As remote IT Trainer, your main responsibilities will be:
- Delivering teaching and assessments to encourage learners through their journey
- Coaching, mentoring and engaging learners, ensuring they gain the technical skills and knowledge
- Deliver classroom, online and remove learning
- Monitor learners progress
Experience and Skills:
In order to be an IT Trainer, you must:
- Have experience in IT, or the Telecommunications industry
- Relevant IT qualifications
- Have a minimum of 2 years of management level experience, in any sector
- Be able to engage and monitor all learners
