Job title - Production Operative - Food Industry

Pay rate - £12.21 p/h

Working hours - 7.00am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

1x 30 minute unpaid break, and 2x 15 minute paid breaks throughout your shift.

Job Description:

Working in a busy production environment including, filling, wrapping and packaging products while adhering to food safety and quality procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Packing baked goods accurately and efficiently

* Filling and decorating products to required standards

* Assisting with mixing ingredients when trained

* Lifting and handling raw materials and finished products (up to 10kg)

* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area

* Following food safety, quality, and health & safety procedures at all times

What is required from you:

* Previous experience in food production or a related industry preferred

* Familiarity with production processes, standards, and food safety regulations, including proper handling, sanitation, and storage practices

* Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving hands and arms

* Physically capable of frequent bending, stooping, and twisting

* Able to lift up to 10kg on a regular basis
