IT Manager (Hands on), London, £60k

IT Manager (Hands on) is required but a well established construction firm with a head office near Blackfriars Station paying up to £60k working alongside the Head of IT you'll be hands on with the management of the IT Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Operations to ensure everything is operating smoothly.

The successful IT Manager responsibilities will include reporting security threats, overseeing infrastructure, managing software licenses, coordinating projects, ensuring compliance, and improving IT services. You'll also lead a small IT team, handle staffing, monitor costs, maintain documentation, manage IT equipment for new hires and leavers, and stay updated on technology trends.

Skills end Experience Required
- Proven experience in Management
- Excellent know of Windows Operating Systems,
- Microsoft Windows Architecture (Cloud, Server and Client) and network and firewall technology.

- Office 365 and Azure including but not limited to app registration, CA policies, Teams and SharePoint.

- Ability to lead projects and manage scrums

- Knowledge of technical management and support of computer hardware/software, VPN, networking concepts, EDR, anti-virus and Secure Web Gateway.

- Experience working in an ITIL environment.
