Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) – Up to £28,000 – Full Time

 

Our client is looking for an experienced and nurturing Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and welcoming team in a bright, purpose-built nursery.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who wants to make a real difference in children’s early years, while enjoying excellent support, development opportunities, and a friendly working environment.

 

The Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5 years. Working in a spacious setting, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where every child can thrive.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • A caring, patient, and approachable nature
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to providing inclusive and supportive childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
