Day To Day Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with young people & their families, utilising a care centred approach.
- Accurately logging & maintaining data within your caseload, to a standard to be presented in court.
- Making sure to be proactive & forward thinking, when completing safeguarding assessments.
- Ensuring that practise & procedures fall in line with modern legislation & council policies.
- Liasing with other professionals such as schools, hospitals, police etc.
Essential Requirements
- Social Work Degree with registration with Social Work England.
- Minimum of 3 Years Post Qualifying Experience, after completion of ASYE.
- Strong work ethic, with competency in handling a varied & complex caseload.
- Care centred & solution driven approach.
- High level report writing skills.
- Self-motivation & self-discipline.
