Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, ensuring accurate management accounts and reporting
• Deliver detailed balance sheet reconciliations and monthly financial packs
• Manage payroll, pensions, and supplier payments end-to-end
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance across both sites
• Liaise directly with senior stakeholders and head office to support strategic decisions
• Provide day-to-day leadership to a small team
• Ensure ongoing financial controls

Your Background

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or QBE
• Strong Excel skills
• Confident communicator, proactive problem-solver, able to work independently
