Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close, ensuring accurate management accounts and reporting
- Deliver detailed balance sheet reconciliations and monthly financial packs
- Manage payroll, pensions, and supplier payments end-to-end
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance across both sites
- Liaise directly with senior stakeholders and head office to support strategic decisions
- Provide day-to-day leadership to a small team
- Ensure ongoing financial controls
Your Background
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or QBE
- Strong Excel skills
- Confident communicator, proactive problem-solver, able to work independently
