What We're Looking For: Newly qualified candidates with:
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualification (recently completed or nearing completion)
- Previous experience in management accounting or financial accounting
- Natural business partnering instincts and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
What You'll Be Doing: - Partner with operational teams to drive business performance
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiency's
- Present financial information to senior management in a clear, actionable format
