RG Consultancy are pleased to be working closely with an excellent SME approx 20 million, who are looking for an accounts/payroll clerk to join the finance manager within the business.
This is an excellent role for someone who has experience doing a transactional accounts role and has done full end to end payroll (weekly and monthly approx 120 staff).
Duties included:
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Processing purchase invoices
- Weekly payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Dealing with all debt collections
- Processing end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll (approx 80 monthly staff + shift workers)
- Dealing with all SSP/SMP/SPP
- Other adhoc duties within finance
