Mechanical Fitter - Stroud
Hours: Mon-Thu 07:30-16:30, Fri 07:30-14:00
Pay: £30,000 overtime bonuses

The RoleWe're looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team. You'll build and fit mechanical and electrical assemblies from drawings, using hand and power tools. The work is varied, hands-on, and requires good problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do
Assemble mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts

Build sub-assemblies and full products

Use tools for cutting, folding, marking out, and pipe bending

Check quality, dimensions, and alignment

Follow Health & Safety at all times

What You Need
Strong engineering background

Able to read technical drawings

Hands-on skills with tools and fabrication

Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, or electrics is a bonus
