We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations of a global education initiative in a highly regarded iNGO. Working as part of a collaborative international team, this role will focus on financial reporting, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who is looking to grow their experience within the international development sector.

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports and reconciliations.

• Process payments, journals, and adjustments in line with financial procedures.

• Support donor and partner financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Maintain financial trackers, grant records, and documentation across internal systems.

• Assist with budget monitoring, audits, and internal reviews.

• Ensure that financial records are accurate, well-documented, and compliant with policies.

• Part-qualified accountant or working towards a relevant finance qualification.

• Experience in finance operations, preferably in the charity or international development sector.

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.

• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work across teams and cultures.
