35 hours per week (to include 1 in 2 weekends off)

Salary £8.65 - £9.50 per hour

We are looking for exceptional compassionate carers to join our friendly team at a growing charity who are passionate about helping to improve the lives of people with profound disabilities. The Support Worker role is integral in ensuring that our complex and disabled young adults receive the very best care and opportunities to live their life to the full.

This rewarding role supports our residents throughout the day and includes some great activities such as using our hydrotherapy pool, working in our specialist multi-sensory room, going bowling, to the cinema or often just out for coffee and cake. We want you to enjoy our resident's daily activities almost as much as they do!

The role:

Support our residents with personal care and most importantly, always look to improve their lives by caring for them safely. Committed and caring candidates will enjoy this varied and enjoyable role, where no two days are the same. You will need to communicate clearly with residents, colleagues, parents, healthcare professionals and visitors with a view to you developing in your role and wanting to move in to the other areas of the business.
