Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in line with the EYFS framework
• Build strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Support daily routines, classroom organisation, and play-based learning opportunities
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress to inform next steps in learning

Early Years Practitioner Requirements:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification, QTS, or a degree in Early Childhood Education (graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
• A strong commitment to early years education and child development
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care
