Location: Edinburgh East

Hours: 4 days on / 4 days off - 06:00 to 17:02 (45-minute break)

Pay: £14.02 - £15.68 per hour

Duration: Temporary - ongoing work

Pertemps are proud to be recruiting Van Drivers on behalf of our valued public sector client in Edinburgh. You'll play a key role in keeping our city clean, safe, and beautiful - all while earning a competitive wage and working within a supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving a variety of vehicles - cage vans, litter press, hako and sweepers
Working as part of a friendly and dedicated team
Carrying out heavy lifting, loading, and special uplifts
Completing vehicle checks and essential paperwork
Taking pride in street cleaning tasks such as sweeping, litter picking, and weeding

What We're Looking For

Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
Solid driving experience and confidence on Edinburgh's roads
A team player with a positive attitude and reliability
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong health and safety awareness
Friendly and approachable - great with the public and your teammates
