GROUP HEAD OF HOSPITALITY - SOUTHERN REGION - UP TO £75K + CAR ALLOWANCE

We are working with this award winning multi-purpose retail outlet with 5 large venues across the South of England, each venue has an on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday's to Saturday's and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday.

We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Hospitality to lead the multi-site restaurant operation.

This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering hospitality strategy, driving financial performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and deliver the hospitality strategy in line with business objectives

* Drive sales, margin, and cost performance across all sites

* Implement and maintain operational standards and SOPs

* Lead, develop, and inspire multi-site hospitality teams

* Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality

* Oversee Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance

* Manage supplier relationships and support menu development

* Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
