🎯 What We're Looking For

Experience in a busy helpdesk in FM, construciton dealing with engineers booking out works
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines and service levels
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with engineers and stakeholders
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
