We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representativefor a WELL-KNOWNhealth system in Monroeville, PA

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for answering incoming calls related to Minute Clinic visits, patient billing statements, issues related to possible customer reimbursements, resolving patient payment concerns related to Minute Clinic claims, and other general inquiries
  • Work to resolve patient billing and insurance inquiries, as well as respond to patient inquires related to visits, treatments and services
  • Responsible for providing concise medical and prescription information in accordance with HIPAA compliance requirements, including but not limited to recent visits, follow up inquiries, and medical records

Requirements:

· Inbound call center experience in a high-volume or fast-paced customer service setting

· Healthcare billing experience and experience explaining coverage to patients is a plus

· 1+ years of customer service experience required
