SoCode Recruitment are recruiting a Junior Automation Test Engineer on behalf of one of our clients who specialise in medical software. The company have huge growth ambitions in place for the next 24 months, so there is opportunity for career progression within this company.

You will be working in the development and test team, who are building a cloud-based platform and web application.

*Graduates with a degree in a relevant subject will be considered (Computer Science, etc.)

You will be responsible for…

• Developing and running automated tests
• Manual testing
• Assisting in developing automation test frameworks
• Exploratory Testing
• Identifying and preparing test cases
• Analysing/verifying any bug fixes

The ideal candidate will…

• Have knowledge/experience of Python
• Have automation and manual test experience
• Consider themselves a self-starter and fast learner  
• Be self-motivated and results driven
• Capable and happy to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess a relevant degree (Computer Science, IT etc.)
• Be an ISTQB Certified Tester
