Key responsibilities:

* Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans to meet the pupil's individual needs

* Support the child's social and emotional development, encouraging confidence and independence

* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure consistent support

* Maintain a calm, positive, and encouraging learning environment

* Help with classroom activities, transitions, and any personal care needs where required

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with children with SEND

* A patient, understanding, and empathetic nature

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* A valid UK driving licence and access to transport (essential due to location)

* Availability to start as soon as possible

* Relevant qualifications
