Experienced Multi-Traders Required - South Hampshire - 12 Week Contract

We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Traders to work on a social housing contract across the South Hampshire area, Portsmouth, Southampton, and surrounding for a 12-week period.  This is an excellent opportunity for skilled, reliable tradespeople who take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining professional standards on occupied and void properties, must have excellent customer service, a good work ethic, clean driving license, you will be using your own van and tools, fuel is supplemented 35p per mile.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for full kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and installations, carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling, along with reactive maintenance tasks within all sectors.  The role requires a strong all-rounder who can confidently complete works from start to finish, must live within the Southampton or Portsmouth area.

Key Responsibilities:

Full removal and installation of kitchens and bathrooms
Plumbing works (1st & 2nd fix)
Wall and floor tiling
Painting and decorating
Carpentry repairs, 1st / 2nd fix
Reactive maintenance within all sectors
Working in both occupied and void social housing properties

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trader
Proven experience within all sectors of building
Ability to complete full installations independently
Own tools and van (essential)
Full, clean UK driving licence
Hard-working, reliable and presentable
Social housing experience advantageous (but not essential)
Must be able to provide 2 recent references
Must live in the Portsmouth / Southampton area
