Billing Manager


£40-60,000 base plus OTE - (£70-90,000)

Our client is looking to appoint a Billing Manager to work in Southampton office to join our award-winning team. Excellent Salary, commission, benefits, career prospects, and fantastic working environment.

They are a privately owned recruitment business that specialises in seven divisions across the Built Environment and have recently achieve the prestigious Investors in People Platinum status.

Employing over 120 staff, with a network of 7 offices in the UK and this year will generate a profitable turnover in excess of £70m+.

Office Environment

Situated in lovely serviced offices, great location and access to free parking for all our staff. The team has a blend of experience; focused in sectors such as building and Trades and Labour.

The Role

Supporting a team of billing recruiters within the the construction sector, blue and white collar with a requirement to contribute to billings too. Your background will be in a similar sector, with leadership and management experience and a desire to grow and continue to deliver.

In essence, you will be responsible for,

* Sales and development

* Hiring and onboarding staff

* Retaining staff

* Building relationships with staff and clients

* Arranging and attending meetings with consultants to support their growth journey

* Personal billings
