Shifts: 5:15am - 5:15pm / 5:15pm - 5:15am (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights - 3 on 3 off)

Mason James is proud to be working in partnership with an industry-leading UK food manufacturing business based in Poole. We're recruiting for a Shift Engineer to join a forward-thinking, high-performance engineering team.

The Role:

As a Shift Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving. You'll be responsible for:

Maintaining and repairing a wide range of production and packaging equipment

*

Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults

*

Reducing downtime and improving machine efficiency

*

Working with CMMS systems to log and track maintenance activity

*

Collaborating with other departments to meet production targets and uphold safety & quality standards

What We're Looking For:

We're after multi-skilled engineers with solid experience in manufacturing environments. Ideally, you will:

*

Have a background in food, FMCG, or other high-volume industries

*

Be experienced with preventative and reactive maintenance

*

Be confident with mechanical and electrical systems

*

Have a continuous improvement mindset

*

Be ready to work on a rotating shift pattern (3 on, 3 off - days & nights)
