IT Support Technician // 2nd Line // Birmingham // £20-23/hour (Umbrella) // up to 5 monthsREED Technology are working with a client who are looking for someone to join a dynamic team as a Desk Side & Technology Support Analyst based in Birmingham. This contract offers a stable and rewarding opportunity for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a hands-on support environment.Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve 2nd line incidents and requests via ServiceNow
• Deploy and support IT hardware across offices/sites
• Troubleshoot hardware, software & telephony issues
• Support office moves, project setups, and AV/conference room tech
• Maintain IT stock rooms and manage asset lifecycle
• Act as an escalation point for local and regional IT issues 

Experience required
• Experience in corporate IT support
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and telephony systems
• Good knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Valid UK driving license (travel to regional sites required)Desirable:
• Microsoft Certifications / ITIL Foundation
• Experience with SLAs and reporting
