Our client is a well-established maintenance company with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and commercial contract portfolio across London. They are now looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their professional and reliable team.

The Role:
As a Multi Trader, you will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works across occupied and unoccupied properties. This is a Monday to Friday role with a company van and fuel card provided.

Duties include:

Painting and decorating

*

Carpentry repairs and installations

*

Tiling and basic plumbing works

*

General maintenance tasks as required

*

Delivering high-quality work in line with client expectations

*

Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi Trader in domestic and/or commercial maintenance

*

Skilled in painting, carpentry, tiling, and other general trades

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)

*

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to high standards

*

Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

What's on offer:

£38,000 - £41,000 per year (depending on experience)
