RG Consultancy are working with a large fast-growing company based in Crewe who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant. The role is a brand-new role created to join a medium sized finance team. You will support the department on a day to day basis, support the finance leadership team and report to the Financial Controller.

The Role

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and supporting schedules
• Analyse sales, gross margins, and operational costs
• Monitor KPIs and provide variance analysis with cost-saving recommendations
• Support working capital management and cash flow optimisation
• Assist with audits, statutory accounts, and tax compliance
• Help implement a new global ERP system
• Contribute to improving internal controls and financial reporting

The Person

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or part qualified
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• Accounting & Audit background advantageous
• Systems background (Oracle / Netsuite) would be an advantage
