The Day-to-Day:

End-to-End Exports: Manage the full A-Z lifecycle of Air Export shipments, including collections, airline bookings, and final delivery coordination.

Documentation Mastery: Take charge of cutting MAWBs and HAWBs, preparing manifests, and ensuring all security declarations are 100% accurate.

Customs Precision: Execute NES/Export entries with speed and accuracy, ensuring all HMRC requirements are met before the flight departs.

Proactive Client Care: Act as the dedicated expert for your accounts—providing instant quotes, real-time flight updates, and managing time-critical or "AOG" shipments.

Financial Control: Own your file's P&L—accurate cost accruals, airline rate negotiation, and prompt sales invoicing.

What You'll Bring:

Proven Track Record: At least 1-2 years of current experience in a UK Air Export forwarding environment.
