What You'll Do:

Provide round-the-clock care and emotional support to children and young people in our residential facility.

Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where children can build their skills, confidence, and independence.

Cultivate meaningful connections with the children in your care, offering mentorship and guidance.

Collaborate with our team to tailor individualised care plans and educational programs.

Contribute to team meetings and collective efforts to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
What We're Looking For:

While previous experience in a similar role is valued, it's not essential. We welcome those with a genuine passion for making a difference.

A compassionate and patient nature, coupled with excellent communication skills.

The ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility to embrace shift work, including sleep-in duties.
