I'm currently recruiting a Project Manager, for a supported housing service in Hereford.

You will be PM for 2 services, reporting into the Service Manager.

You will be working with adults who may have complex needs and challenging behaviour.

The services are mixed gender, and the time they spend at the service can vary from 6 months to 2 years.

Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Running reports
• Engaging with Service Users
• Overseeing a team of 15 staff, including inductions, supervisions and appraisals
• Encouraging independence, to help the service users get ready to leave the service
• Engage with local authorities with regards to social housing and funding

This role would suit a strong Senior Support Worker looking to progress into a new role.

This role will include shift work, shifts are a mix of early and late shifts 8am-4pm and 3pm to 11pm.

You will work on average 1 in 3 weekends.
