We're a growing construction company based in Tilbury, Essex, and we're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level. If you've worked in a similar role and know how to make content that builds trust, boosts visibility, and drives engagement - we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Planning, creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok

*

Showcasing our projects, team, behind-the-scenes work, and customer testimonials

*

Managing social media accounts daily, responding to comments and DMs professionally

*

Growing our follower base and improving engagement

*

Tracking and reporting on performance metrics to show what's working

*

Supporting marketing campaigns and contributing ideas to help generate leads

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role (ideally in construction, trades, or related industries)

*

Confident in creating and editing photo and video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks)

*

Great written communication skills and attention to detail

*

Able to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table

*

Comfortable occasionally visiting job sites for content creation
