A leading construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and grow their Project Management team in London. The successful Project Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the team while maintaining strong client relationships.

This Project Director position is ideal for a strategic and commercially aware professional who can lead from the front. The Project Director will oversee multiple construction projects while managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers.

The Project Director will lead the Project Management team, ensuring successful delivery across all projects from inception through to completion. The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing programme, cost, and quality, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Duties include managing team performance, supporting business development, and ensuring best practice across all construction activities. The Project Director will also provide strategic oversight on key projects.

The ideal Project Director will hold a degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline. The Project Director will have a proven track record of delivering projects and leading teams.

Chartership (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.
