Smart Education is working with a Primary School in Cubbington who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their passionate early years team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3 to 5 years, ensuring their social, emotional, and developmental needs are met.

Support the implementation of a vibrant and engaging curriculum, fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

Tailor activities to meet the diverse needs of children, offering additional support to those with special educational requirements.

Conduct regular observations, assessments, and maintain accurate records of children's progress, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.

Work collaboratively with the early years team and other staff members, contributing to a positive and cohesive working environment.

Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

- Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting.

- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
